He’s not picking a nit. He’s pointing out the intellectual dishonesty and gross inconsistency of the Trump administration (which you usually adore) which persecutes its enemies for minor infractions while ignoring the same infractions when committed by Trump’s friends and allies. His point is the moral bankruptcy of this administration, an issue that is the subject of frequent debate on this board.

There is no board requirement that a poster must espouse a particular policy or platform. Attacking the other side is political discussion of the oldest and most frequent kind, and is ubiquitous on this board.
