when I see a guy transitioning, I usually cringe. That would be one ugly woman. I did have a patient though, who is heterosexual, but her husband died and she took up with a tranny. She really look like a he, I would not have known the difference. Whatever you wanna call it, it looked like a rather young man. It even had facial growth.
Most people have a personality disorder, a mental disease of sorts, but yes, I think they have more severe psychopathology by and large.
See we can communicate, when the subjects warrants it and I can even edit to make the post more understandable, when it's warranted.
