Young black men growing up in fatherless homes. I'm happy to see some people/leaders in the black community start to talk about this more. These kids need male role models in their lives, and not the gang bangers and other miscreants they have now. And black women need to stop getting pregnant outside of marriage. I wouldn't say these things myself, I'm just repeating what I've been hearing/reading the past few months from people representing that community.
It's a generational problem though and the fix is not easy and will take a couple decades before anything real changes, if there is enough of a push to make it happen.
(Interestingly enough, Bill Cosby was talking about this stuff 30 years ago, but no one else dared to say it then.)
