needs no alarm. Navy guy. He'll go on a bender, get to sleep at 3:00 and get 1:45 hours of drunken sleep before he's up. Can't fall back asleep and can't nap. F*ck that. So he'll lace on his shoes and dead sprint like a mile, puke, and then good to go.
