my back and had sciatica return. By the time I was healed all the gyms were closed. I got lazy.
I just started up again a few weeks ago and 135 is my first set after warm up and I can’t go above 165 for 2-3 reps.
Good for you for lifting. Keeping that muscle and bone density is important. My father is still somewhat active at 82 even after major heart surgery, probably because once he hit 50 he started working out. My mother didn’t and she’s practically immobile.
