Can troops be brought in to clean up the worst parts of Chicago? St. Louis?
Do they get brought in to break up a lawful liberal rally in Portland?
Feels like a slippery slope. It does also highlight the fact that I don't think liberals really want to control crime because obviously just throwing resources at it does help, something they could have done in these cities in which they've been in power for decades. Doing the status quo keeps them getting elected though and they can keep up their stance that holding criminals accountable is racist.
