might face danger in his home country of El Salvador, if he was deported there. Under the INA law he can be deported to a third country, but must receive a 72 hour notification. That has occurred. Garcia has run out of options and the SC has overruled the democrat appointed District Court Judge who meddled in his case. There is nothing she can do now to stop his deportation. Garcia is lucky his new home isn't in South Sudan. He is a Uganda man now.
