But there is zero evidence he didn't pick the right guys on hand that gave us the best chance to win. The team loved and rallied around Cook, who demonstrated great leadership skills. He chose correctly. I have no doubt he'll pick the right guy this year. Just because he hasn't announced who the starter is doesn't mean he doesn't know who the guy will be. Drink was a hire that many were critical of early on. I wasn't one of them. If he wins 10-11 games many years, he'll go down as one of our all time greats.

I think this is a great time to be a Missouri football fan, and a great time to be optimistic. Results will prove themselves one way or another as we go through the season. Enjoy this team. I hope we wipe the floor with kU.
