Texas A&M did their renovation that was FAR more drastic in one off-season. It can be done. They tore down their equivalent of the West stands and NEZ and rebuilt both and filled in the SEZ all at one time in one off season.

To be fair, they have better winter weather for working construction, but that shouldn't stop a smaller project from being able to get done in one off-season.
