Is very limited intellectually and by a pretty wide margin the least intelligent person in our lifetime to occupy that role? It’s not like we are trying to measure and deduce something that is reasonably close. He is vast outlier, and other than his MAGA rallies has likely never been anywhere in the last decade where he wasn’t observably the stupidest person in the room
