I think all drug and weapon possession laws need to end. Drugs are the root of so many problems in the cities and how gangs and their territories get so much power, and leads to the arrest of so many fathers of black kids, and because of all this the neighborhoods are crap and there is no hope for the kids and the cycle continues. Just arresting them , forcing them to a shelter or some sort of forced program solves nothing at all. Trying the Democratic way of throwing money with no accountability also has failed. Hell, if someone goes and invests there, let them be tax free for 10 years. Get people to invest in these kids.
