loss of future bowl games. Harbaugh is already gone and making a fortune as an NFL head coach so the show cause order means nothing to him. And how many Mizzou fans would pay $25 million (the financial penalty) to have just one National Championship.

I understand not wanting to penalize current players, but if the penalty included the loss of bowl game eligibility it might encourage some players to attend another school, and actually penalize Michigan for such extensive cheating.
