They don't enhance areas they migrate to. They simply segregate themselves and turn that part of town into what back home was. They don't assimilate or contribute anything positive to the culture and way of life they relocate to. The majority of them are on government assistance.

And they are taking over not only population but government in once thriving midwestern cities. It's incredible that this is happening.
