My daughter had a laptop shipped locally that came from florida, went through ATL and is apparently just sitting there. Called to report it lost since it's been "in transit" for 2 weeks now. Nope, it's fine. Just chilling in Atlanta for.. no reason. Supposedly.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
