That's the issue that the Agency's where complicit and to a degree involved in the whole issue.
And even Trump is afraid if you expose all that the American rank and file folks would go full nuclear and want to tear down the whole system and chaos could become the Norm.
I don't know the answer to this issue at all. Sometimes I want the full info. to be released and sometimes not knowing is the best course of action because a lot of people are not logical and rational.
