from the Judeo Christian values where you don't work for yourself but you do your work and everything for God.

This results in people committed to doing their job the right way and the best way.

Arguably all Jews and Christians aren't true believers but such a large percentage are that it makes a huge impact.

It is why the United States turned out the way it did. So many people were/are Christians that the work ethic is way better than other countries.

And compared to Communist countries where they are giving the minimal amount of effort there really is no comparison. The atheists also just want a check for minimal effort OR they are driven to try to win at this life ... but that is a much smaller percentage as most have zero hope in life
