unfortunately the courts are nothing more than an extension of political parties, democrat appointed judges rule liberal and republican appointed judges rule conservative. Look at the current challenges to Trump Executive Orders, almost 100% are taken to Obama or Biden appointed judges. Our legal system is becoming a joke, not even sure term limits would make it any better but it couldnt hurt. But the true problem is our Judiciary is all attorneys, typically our President is an attorney, and most of our Legislative are attorneys. And most people realize a lawyer is book smart but couldnt find the bus stop if they were standing on the corner.
