Is there anything run worse than the US Postal Service?

Having an issue where several companies have contacted me that mail that they sent us was returned as "undeliverable"

Call the postal service, enter a ton of info through the phone interface, and it eventually tells me that they have to text me a link and I need to continue online.

Oh, whatever

Get the link, get into the site, have to answer a ton of yes/no questions, enter my address multiple times, type up a description of the problem, etc.

I get to the end, submit, and get "Your submission has failed, please call us"

What are the odds that if I call its just going to send me an online link again?
