recall correctly, and i do, a DC official said youth arrests are down significantly.
I betcha that's because they haven't found the little darlings.
And i bet they haven't arrested the little darlings.
Or they detained them and released them or somehow they changed the definitions or the criteria for measuring or something...
Remember when bronco was "deporting" all those wetbacks? That was AFTER the definition of deporting was changed to include illegals stopped at the border and not allowed in.
The same guy could have been "deported" five times a day for a month.
And then let in.
