happens. Facts are the White Russian is the one who incited all of this with one of his buddies throwing out n!gger repeatedly. The white guy threw the first punch while other black people were trying to keep it separated. The argument was over the white guy striking the hood of a car.

Instead of walking away the white guy keeps engaging and throws the first punch.

What happened after that went way excessive. Facts remain the white guy should be arrested. He instigated it. It was not a racial issue until the white guy and his similarly dressed buddy made it one.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
