I'm convinced the only way it ends is on the battlefield. If the Russians believe what they've said, they won't settle for a ceasefire that leaves the Ukrainian military intact and capable and the Kiev regime desiring to join Nato. I believe the Russians do mean what they have repeatedly stated. The longer this war continues, the greater the risk the conflict spreads into the Baltics. Western Europeans governments have been making threats against Kaliningrad (Russian occupied East Prussia). They risk the war spreading into Poland, if they carry through their threats.
