The gold is gawdy. The sneakers are schitty and the memorabilia are monstrosities.
I for one can live with a little tacky if he keeps propelling the country forward, especially at the pace at which we are currently moving.
I've posted before that the 1927 Yankees lost 44 times. Arguably the best team to ever take the field, they lost 44 times.
