I cannot imagine working for him. One minute you are his best friend, the next minute you are fired. I could see that someone of an argument that he is not there, but that is just a guy on an ego power trip, which is a trait of many successful leaders. But at some point, how many people want to follow a leader like that. To me, you build yourself up under people like that and then go find your own way...sorry for the diversion.

The one moment I most remember about Biden was when Obama's first trip to his White House. All the attention went to him, and Biden looked like a loss puppy....even by his aides..quite sad actually
