But the undeniable fact is that republicans do it more
than any other party and particularly at the State level
so they can pull the kind of shiite they are doing in Texas right now.
Since the republicans control everything why don't they pass a law that at the Federal level all maps must be drawn by a bi partisan commission and approved by a bi partisan
panel of judges?
