Guatemala (who wouldn't prefer Guatemala) but we come in a respectable second. I think at her swearing in ceremony, they changed the oath to, "I swear to protect and defend the constitution as long as it doesn't interfere with whatever Guatemala is doing"?
Personally, I think as long as the United States is in the top 10 or 15 priorities of anyone in Congress, will be just fine.
