They keep saying it isn't a slippery slope

Those that want gun control often criticize those of us that are against it by saying it isn't a slippery slope. But we know it is. When they say we just want a few "reasonable" limits and nothing more we know that is a lie. How do we know? Because it has played out that way many times throughout history.
Most recent example: Australia. In 1996 they basically banned all guns, but shocker of all shockers it didn't end violent crime. Now they are banning machetes.

Wonder where it will end for them? So when we refuse to give an inch on guns, this is why.
