this amorphous "Left" that you reference supports trans folks in sports. I do not think that that is widely the case. You pretty much make it up there. For one, I don't support the idea at all. Furthermore, you seem to equate this Left with the opposing party. Again, I think that you miss it there too.
I do appreciate your posting your own thoughts though rather than just copy and paste some random pub.
