She committed national security violations on an epic scale.

She sold state secrets, and designed her private email so that only she, NOT google, msn, or anyone else controlled it. Massive violation of the FOIA.

She got the pass, because Obama, clapper, brennan, and comey were trying to smear trump with russian collusion.
