I hate going to our mailbox. 99% of what’s in there is junk

or bills. When I get the mail I go through every piece, separate junk from any important stuff immediately. Recycle or throw away the junk, set up scheduled bill payments with my bank app etc.
When my wife goes through mail, she tends to throw away junk then puts everything else in a mail cubby slot we have in den/office
Went through old mail today and found a $3000 dividend check from January. That’s much better than $5
