Personally think Minimum wage is a f'n joke in any capacity, but if a state is going to have it.. needs to be based around valuation of a company or parent company. Minimum wage can really hurt small business way more than it hurts corporations (and it's proven to NOT help consumers as it often leads to price hikes).

But it was voted for.. so.. wtf are they doing!? Good way to not get re-elected.
