Criminal justice Cops may be unfairly biased. Totally ignores that black crime rates aren't just higher, they massively higher. 51% of arrests for murder are black. That's 4 times higher than their percentage of population. Nah, just ignore that.

Here's a thought. How about we judge people on the content of their character and actions?
