I've had clients sell real estate for orders of magnitude higher than their property was assessed. For example, let's say a tract is assessed at $2,000. The market value for that is supposed to be around $10,000. I've seen tracts like that sell for tax clients for $150,000 to $200,000. That's just wrong.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
