Houses in white neighborhoods have a higher value because crime is not rampant in most of them.
KCSD and Stl schools receive much more state funding than their suburban counterparts. But most of that extra funding goes to security and special services that are not required at that level in their suburban counterparts.
Most of those listed under healthcare are socioeconomic, not racial. You get the healthcare you can afford.
Wealth is about education and life choices. If you finish high school, stay on the right side of the law and out of starting a family until you are established then you will live a relatively comfortable life.
It is much easier to claim racism than to address the underlying issues that are the actual problem. By making all of the problems external it also excuses people from their own choices, infantalizing them in the process.
