My pointer got bit about 10 years ago. We were told to basically give him some Bendril and if he makes it through the night to bring him in (happened late in the evening). The Benodril worked and he lived another 8 years. It was a bigger snake and it appeared it didn’t use all the venom. Guess we were lucky
