Much of these data centers use a form of water cooling on top of the refrigerator like air conditioning. Or they just completely disrupt water distribution
A while back read a story about a small town in GA I believe that not only had skyrocketing electric bills, but the water pressure got so low in the town some areas basically could not even get any water out of their type
Not sure if this is the same one but there are quite a few similar examples
