were all drafted way higher than Horn. I'm not sure those guys were in a position to improve their draft status much more.

Wilson - 4th round
Elway - 2nd round
Murray - 1st round

Horn was 17th round. I guess I wonder if he didn't think he could improve his draft position. And with Horn playing in the NIL era, I am sure he is not strapped for cash.
