Personally, I don't like the idea I think sometimes natural migration and movement changes the congressional district and that's fine, but that needs to be determined by an impartial body.
There are no impartial bodies and gerrymandering for political purposes isn't right.
But that's the way the game is played and I'm tired of playing touch when the socialists play tackle.
