Apparently JFK had a single-digit handicap, but he kept his passion for golf hidden from the public because he had criticized Eisenhower during the 1960 campaign for playing too much golf.
Bill Clinton and Lyndon Johnson were known as notorious cheaters. Clinton elevated the mulligan to such a new level that it was referred to as a "billigan" by his playing partners.
