Whats the advantage of filing a bodily injury lawsuit in Missouri a week before the 5-year anniversary of the incident?

I current have multiple insureds being sued by Jungle Law and Dipisquale-Moore, bringing suit for events/accidents that happened in 2020.

The notice of suit usually arrives about 1 week before the 5-year anniversary of the event. Long, long after insurance claims have already been paid and settled.
