The 'reshoring of manufacturing jobs' will result in the automation of those jobs.

People are so stuck in the 1950s and 60s thinking that hands-on manufacturing is coming back. It isn't. Anything that can be automated -- and a lot can - is going to be the result of 'reshoring' manufacturing.
