means unconditional surrender and anyone caught fighting is killed, no taking prisoners. Taking an animal terrorist just means you will fight them again at a later date. Look at the return rate at Gitmo...If the Arabs do take over Gaza any sheik or oil prince found financing future terrorist groups is droned with extreme prejudice...
