a pulled pork sandwich Carolina style. This is the 3rd time now where the pulled pork has been mushy soft and not crispy bark. I had one bark piece in my first bite and the rest was mushy. I had hopes because I could smell the smoke in that first piece.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
