1) People in the merge lane who act like they're not in the merge lane and take no measures to get out of the merge lane that ends very soon.

2) People who are so eager to beat you to a stop sign that they stop a car length short of the sign/line and then take off through the sign before other cars can go.

I don't know what's in the water around here, but those two things are happening more frequently.
