You cannot be arrested for wearing a "fùck Trump" shirt but you sure as hell can be fired, even if you do not wear it to work.

When you are on the time clock your employer has the right to set reasonable standards of behavior. Those standards can be applied when you are off the clock as well if your behavior has a negative impact on the business.
