If given the right pieces, I believe he has decent enough baseball acumen and fire in his belly to lead better talent to a division championship and beyond. This season's "success" was not expected, and I'm willing to throw some credit his way.

I doubt he was happy when Mozeliak sat on his hands for the entire offseason.
