I think there is a growing resentment and fatigue from the behavior of the 13%, with 0 accountability and getting to blame whites and government on top of it. However, we are past the point of being able to have honest conversations, so more extreme reactions like segregated communities are what you're going to get as a response instead.
I don't personally believe in segregated communities, but am increasingly understanding why some people would want it.
