Repatha. I went to the ENT and he said "the high cholesterol will kill you, the ringing in your ears will not" ... that was the end of his advice.

At times, it does rather drive me insane. It gets worse right after I inject the Repatha, and gradually is reduced over the next two weeks until the next injection
