release a list of names when there are no charges.
SHOULD people be charged? I have no idea. Maybe they can't identify a specific suspect. Maybe they can't identify a specific victim. Maybe the statute of limitations has run out on some crimes.
Dersh was ON the list, and he maintains he was innocent of any criminal behavior. who's to say that there aren't other innocent people on the list? And maybe those individuals would prefer their names not be dragged through the mud. They would sue immediately btw if their name was released without any type of charges.
