The Trump Admin set the bait and a liberal District Ct. Judge swallowed it. Now the Trump Admin can file a petition with the SC and ask for a determination what constitutes a class action in such circumstances. The result will certainly be in the Administration's favor, because District Courts lack jurisdiction in immigration and citizenship cases. They were prohibited by Congress in the language of the legislation. The determinations were left to immigrations courts, which are EB administrative courts with only limited oversight by federal Appeals Courts.
