haven't had many coaches and I'm not sure who those multiple coaches are that were good elsewhere.

Solich? Eh, did ok at Ohio but nothing special. Retired from Ohio.
Callahan - hasn't been a head coach since
Bo Pelini - Didn't do anything in P4 after NU, one good season in FCS
Mike Riley?? - Nothing other than coaching in some upstart pro leagues
Scott Frost - yet to do anything of note since he left.
